This hotel was formally known as the Park Inn by Radisson Love Field, now it's simply just the Love Field Hotel. And I give it four stars for its uniqueness but it's really more of a 3.5 because it felt to me like I was visiting 1970's Dallas. Night desk manager was clueless. Nothing was as described. Place reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being advertised as non-smoking (if you could smell it over the other unknown odors). The room type we booked was changed by the hotel, so we had to sleep 3 people in one bed. The front desk would not change it or apologize. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. This is an unmentioned property, really in desperately need of renovation. The employees work hard to cover the owners short falls. Is NOT a family hotel. I went to an Expo and everything downtown was booked or extra expensive. Only solution was to book a decent hotel/rate 30 miles away from downtown Dallas.
