The hotel was the cleanist hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The staff was incredibly personal and seemed to work like a real family so the atmosphere was like being at home but someone else made the bed and did the cooking! Good Location, But That's About It

I had two meetings in Farmer's Branch, right near the Galleria. This place was about $30 cheaper than the Westin Galleria and was on the northwest corner of the LBJ Freeway and Inwood, which would cut about 5 mins. of travel time for my meetings.

The title says it all. It's a great, clean, renovated hotel.
Gym (although small) is ok. Catering excellent.
The biggest problem...location. You can hear the highway. You can't walk anywhere and there's nothing close.
They offer a shuttle...to get to where you're going....but then you may be stuck
I'd only come back if meeting is at hotel

Fabulous staff and so helpful, especially your shuttle drivers! Really understand why Southern US people have such a great reputation for being friendly, you guys certainly live up to it. Rooms so comfortable, slept so well here. Some great dishes on the menu especially the veggie burger. Only complaints are it would be nice to serve drinks at the pool...

Not a non smoking hotel + ill mannered front desk
