I was very disturb by the previous comment. I have had 4 root canals done. I am so happy to say that I have experience all 3 doctors in their practice. Dr Jay Sheats II was the total opposite then what was written. When you walk through the doors you are greeted with smiling faces .

Their business staff were very professional and made me feel great and safe before I ever saw the doctor. When, I met Dr. Jay in particular- he great me with a warm smile and ask me what was going on with my tooth and really listen to. His assistants were very nice and clean and paid close...

I went in for a root canal with Dr. Sheats (his father was highly recommended but I needed an emergency root canal and the senior Sheats was booked up). Before my visit and also at the beginning of my visit, I made it very clear that the tooth was VERY sensitive to cold, heat, and even light touch and air. It was obvious to me which tooth needed to be worked on and a dentist had also confirmed this. However, Sheats insisted upon no sedation and to ""see if this is the one that...
