Went to Shears last night. I had Sushada as my stylist. She took an hour with me - I mean it as a compliment, she discussed what I wanted, made suggestions, explained what she was going to do and why. It was absolutely amazing.
Now, I am cheap, but $65 that I paid were totally worth it. I am going back to to her for my next haircut.
Very nice atmosphere and nice staff.

Shears is well worth the trip into DC (if you don't live there). The owner, Sushada, is a true artiste, and can make you look and feel great! I have been going to Shears since 1990, and have always been delighted with Sushada's work.
