By far one of the worst companies I ever dealt with. Frequently does not pick up trash on time, does not return calls to come get it... Drivers and pick up crew are rude and disrespectful. They should not be allowed to do business with anyone. Worst service available in Burrell, hands down.

Always have awesome service from this company.Their pick up time is usually the same ev single week, they put my cans back-the ""other co"" I previously used, actually would throw my cans back and ended up breaking my car windshield. My son saw it because he was leaving for school.Their customer service sucked and wouldn't even acknowledge the act - let alone compensate any of it...So, I no longer have that company and Shank's Sanitation goes above and beyond my expectations. I guess it was a 'good day' when I got my car window smashed.It led me to this company that I wouldn't have seeked...

This sanitation collector is very unreliable and very unprofessional. If he doesn't feel like picking up at your address, he doesn't bother to notify the customer why. He can be picking up the same garbage for years,...
