I get a simple groom on my small mix, but Shellie shows a true compassion for the pets in her care. I received advice on what to change in my dog's diet to improve the condition his skin was in. It worked! Not only did I really appreciate that, but the service was great, and my little man was SO handsome!
I would definitely not recommend this groomer. While their shop is cute and colorful, the service was not at all as expected. The 2 employees were extremely friendly and personable when I first arrived with my dog. I discussed with them what I wanted done and made sure we were on the same page. I left her in their care and they said to allow approx. 3 1/2 hours and to return at that time. ...
