First time we used and not all that crazy. Wow expensive. For the cost I would have expected so much more. Charlie came back smelling horrible. Her blanket that we sent along so she would not be lonely for home and to help with any separation anxiety was never broken out of bag. How do I know it was not used you ask. Easy..... it was folded exactly the same way it was when I packed it. Second...

Love Love Love this place! Have been sending our pets here for almost as long as it has been open. Love the piece of mind knowing that our dogs are being loved and cared for as if they were home smile emoticon
