Although this YMCA has a melting pot of different cultures the climate is very hostile toward African Americans. Especially on the weekends. I have observed several incidents between the staff and other members as well as been in several uncomfortable situations myself. I plan to forward this matter to the higher echelon of leadership in hopes of getting a resolution that will benefit everyone...

I am here everyday. My mother is the Senior Membership Director and she is great with what she does and there probably isnt one person that she doesn't know by their first name.

I like the facility. It looks new and clean. I take TRX classes , cycling, and also workout on my own here. Basketball MWF 530am-7am with the older guys. And then Wednesday nights 6-8pm win the younger crew. Good staff and overall good people!
