Moved into my house a year ago built by Shaddock. Granite stained the first time we used it and they refused to do anything about it. Even had someone contact me and insult my intelligence saying obviously "I don't know how to take care of my house." Floor coating is a joke. Looked awful after the first few months being here. They came and recoated a year later and now it looks even worse only...

Before we bought our home we were huge fans of Shaddock based on how beautiful their homes were and their great reviews. Moved into a brand new house, within a couple of months had issues with our granite countertops, tried to put in a warranty request-after 5 or 6 visits they deemed that it wasn't a "warranty issue" and that the customer is at fault.
