Tony...I used your company for several years and couldn't be more happy with the service you and Jamie provided at my home from hot water heater to sump pump to water treatment and shower repairs, etc.... I have since moved and when my warranty for plumbing here expires, I plan to start using your company again. 5 stars for your service!

Prompt service, best prices and quality work they stand behind! Awesome company to work with for jobs big and small! We had them do all the work for two bathrooms in a two story 30x30 addition and we couldn't be more pleased.

Called them to come out and was very disappointed. Technician showed up, did one test then told me there would be a $125 fee to do further diagnosis. I have never had Shackleford's out and been told there was an additional fee to find out what my issue was. Had I been notified of that before the technician came out I wouldn't have wasted my time having them come out. I have used Shackleford's...
