Did not follow industry standards in a sewer overflow clean up. Theft and destruction of personal items, mold remediation needed due to negligence. Sewer overflow occurred 04/16/2014. ServPro sent to home via State Farm insurance. Began drying process without cleaning up or removing fecal matter from floors, toilets, showers, bathtubs, crawl spaces, flooring, sinks, cabinets and wall trim....
They have hard working employees, but not so sure the Management team is very knowledgeable. I think the best way for them to be successful would be put some employees into management, and management on the unemployment line.. This is my Opinion of them, feel free to message me and i can get specific.
