Stay away from this company. There are better company's out there that are not just a franchise with no obligation to parent company to abide by rules or anything else. I have read many reviews about Servpro and the majority has been bad. It is based on which franchise you pick in the area that you live. However, you are free to use anyone you wish. ServPro came out immediately and cleaned up a black water flood in my house. Their quick response was the reason that situation didn't escalate further - resulting in more cost to clean up and in the restorative process. The office manger, Brooke, was really sweet and patient. Just get a quote before the work commences so you're not left with sticker shock.
