They Took Great Care of Me

All I can say about Servpro of Belle Meade si that they are life savers. I have used them on more than once occassion and the crew and office staff were exemplary. They even assisted with getting a plumber to me quicker than I could get one to respond. They showed up in moments of my call and kept in great contact all the way through the process. I had water damages and at the end they even reinstalled my carpet and cleaned it. They really do make it like it never even happened!

Poor Customer Service and Turn Around on a Mattress

This company jerked my contractor around for days about cleaning a MATTRESS...wonder what their service would be like if there was water or fire damage to be repaired? Did not return phone calls, took 5 business days to clean mattress and was not accommodating in any way.
