Our house was flooded and the insurance company arranged for Servopro to come and clean up the mess. They were supposed to come the next morning, but did not show up. We didn't even receive a phone call from them. Unreliable. Unprofessional.

They were very informative, explaining everything they were going to do and doing exactly what they said. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to and just made everything go quickly. I was completely satisfied with everything they did and everyone I dealt with.

Nice, chill place to hang out and enjoy a beer or coffee. Relaxed, welcoming informal atmosphere, friendly accommodating staff, nice beer selection,interesting local music, tasteful, comfortable and clean space, right on the bus line and stumbling distance from other fun spots,wish they stayed open til 2 or opened earlier in the morning.

Have a disaster at your home? Don't use this Servpro!!!!! Their office manager, Julie, is mean as a snake and a LIAR! She is rude, obnoxious, billigerent and did I say - mean as a snake?
