I used this company once and I will never use them again. I found a coupon in Valpak for Service Pro’s of Virginia for a free service call with a repair, so I thought I would give them a try. They charged me much more than I expected to fill my A/C with Freon. The next day I called around to other companies and found out that Service Pro’s of Virginia prices are at least double what other companies charged for the same service. I have been using Service Pro's for the past 5 years. My home warranty company suggested them for my maintence contract and I have since gotten rid of the home warranty company and kept my maintence contract. Every time I have ever called, with a question or service I have always been treated with the highest respect. From the office staff to the technicains I have been grateful to have them. Bad service with a bad attitude

Unfortunately my home insurance policy uses Service Pro as a contractor. After a week of trying to schedule an appointment with SP I have been unable to. The receptionist/secretary seem to go out of their way to set up barriers to scheduling the appointment. I had an appointment on Friday (6 days after I first contacted them) but the secretary canceled it because I did not call them back in 10 minutes.
