We have been Service Master carpet cleaning customers for a least eight years. Service has deteriorated most recently with a rude customer service rep when calling for an appointment. After appointment made, they did not show up between 10 and noon. When I called they said the truck was broken down. So, I asked why they did not call, said they were sorry.
