I recently purchased four Michelin truck tires from this company. There were several initial problems such as putting them on backwards, putting in the wrong pressure, not keeping the old tire even though I requested it be done (I got it out of their tire dump myself) These were all annoyances, but nothing more.
However one of the tires developed a broken side wall only a month later. ...
They suck. Reek of alcohol. Be warned
Sorry to have to write a bad review of this business. I wanted a particular tire within a short time frame, and Seredni was the only one that told me they could get it. Spent $1,000 on these tires. As soon as I left the store I noticed my entire truck shaking at 48+ mph. Took it back another day, they re-balanced the tires, lowered the tire pressure to far less then the manufacturer spec, and...
Used this business for years with good success. After a brake job and additional rotor replacement I had dash warning lights on that weren't on when I left it. They looked and found behind the wheel well liner a sensor wire that "looked like it was cut, like sabotage" They spliced it and said road conditions would not be a problem. A few weeks later, lights came back and then went out. ...
The staff was very friendly and quick to point out other issues that they noticed on my truck. Overall good experience.
