Dr. Vela well where do i begin. He is a very loving, kind funny dr. He has wonderful bedside manners. That just comes natural to him. . he was loved veey much by my gramma. Who has now passed away from to many health complications. But of which dr. Vela did take very wonderful care if her. He removed a tumor in her right breast which did turn out to be breast cancer.
