The location is great for me because I live close to Regency Square Mall. I will continue to shop here, as long as stores are here. They have the little girls and the Women's wear on one side...

Awful customer service. When trying to exchange a children's sweater The clearl acted like I was stealing money directly from her account. I didn't have a receipt but was willing to take the store...

JCP This is my Stop..for gym wear and dress wear and work apparel. I utilize the total worth of my precious coupons. My main location is in OP but this is close to church and I like there set up....

Okay - I get the point that this is Regency Square Mall and not considered the more "upper class" malls in Jacksonville- but seriously does this mean that they have ALL just given up? Surrendered?...
