Sending bills to the previous owner. THEN hang up on my when I inquire why I am in collections. Really? Wonder why the one star rating. Never been late on one payment I was aware of in 10 years. You should be ashamed of your staff.

Select Group is arrogant and does little to help the condo owner who will have to resort to unreturned calls and myriad emails to seek resolution to even the most simple issues.. They do not make themselves knowledgeable about a condo association's governing docs (Bylaws and Declaration) which is essential for performing their role in advising a Board correctly..Our Board is being ill-advised....
