I didn't use their services but called him for an estimate. His estimate was about 4-5 times what I had received from 2 other guys so I said thanks. He said why what happened? Why wouldn't you use me. I told him that he is too expensive. At that point he started shouting racial slurs. That all Chinese (I am not even one - there is a difference in China, Taiwan, Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam)...
