Nice place but not worth the high cost

First and foremost, The Seasons is a very nice community to live in. This is in terms of curb appeal and location (close to 95, downtown, Central Park). But for the high costs associated with living here I often ask myself if it's worth it since I can get a 2 bedroom elsewhere for the same cost or less. I'll break it down to you.
