Sadly it is now closed. The chef went to Red Sky in Duck so go there to taste his food. I will miss him.

After striking out at numerous restaurants in Duck, we were thrilled to find this Vegetarian friendly food just a 15 minutes from Duck. Fantastic service and flavorful veggie sandwiches and sides. Thrilled to find it, and we will definitely be back.

Picked this based on reviews here and other sites. Limited menu of dinner entree's but the chef knows how to marry different flavor to make a very tasty dish at a reasonable price. We lucked upon buy one get other 1/2 price night which made it an incredible buy.

Wonderful fish with today's veges, rosotto cake and exotic sauce. Juice bar and coffee drinks round out the flavors.I thought i hated beets until i tasted a beet , citrus, ginger concoction . Had to go back the next day for a am second. The 60's strip mall hides a foodie's friend that should always have a line.

Great gourmet wraps

In the past, I've had trouble finding food I've really ENJOYED eating down the the OBX. Typical "tourist trap" places with "frozen fresh" seafood isn't my style.
We stopped into Seaside Gourmet for a quick lunch on our way back north and were very happy with our fish wraps! They were delish! Cute place that I'll definitely return to!
