I am suspect of the honestly of this company. I set up a water heater replacement through Home Depot and they were hired by them to do the job. Long story short, sight unseen, I was called by Francis Medlin and told that I had ordered the ''wrong" water heater. Instead of the $900 all-in agreement I had with HD, she tried to upsell me a $1,300 water heater and over $500 to install. Turns...

Plumbers were efficient and did a great job. Showed up on time and were efficient and there were no hidden charges. Will def use again

I called for an emergency water leak and was able to talk to a live operator after business hours and they dispatched a plumber to me quickly and assisted me with making my insurance claim as well they went above and beyond the call of duty thanks again%21

They sure did make a bad situation not sooo bad . I had a water heater burst and called Medlin Plumbing and they walked me through shutting my water off to stop the leak and immediately sent a plumber to install a new water heater. They showed up on time and were friendly and curteous and explained the installation process to me prior to starting the job....WELL DOnE Thanks
