I have been going to Sears to get photos down for many years used to only use the Sear Portrait Studio in the Maine Mall but when I moved to NH decided to use the one at The Fox Run Mall in Newington NH been going there for 2 years. they screwed up a couple of times but never really had a problem until I took my daughter to get her Christmas Photos done for 2011. First we scheduled to have them...

Very rude staff here. Uncaring and very unhelpful. No one was able to explain their packages or pricing to us, and at one point the assistant manager here got so flustered trying to explain that...
