Horrible service.Inferior upholstery cleaning done last week.I was told there was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.NOT!They refuse to come out to do a re-cleaning.I am shocked because Sears used to be a company with integrity.I will certainly not be using them again for any home services.This was a $157 lesson for me.Save your money, folks, do not use Sears!

As a former employee, these people will give you great customer service on the phone, but will try to make the service technichians and installers sell you things you do not need when they get out there. This is how the people in the office and in the field make there money - saying that, they don't pay the guys in the field what they should get paid. They will lie, cheat and steal in order for the office personnel to get their checks though. Do not believe a word they tell you! The garage door service guys are great! They work very long hours - 12-13 hours a day, 6 days a week for $300.00...

REal Pros. Air duct cleaning - NO DUST!

Sears cleaned our air ducts. but that's not all. They gave us a full indoor air quality analysis. They showed me pictures of my furnace system and the air conditioning A coil. We found the coil clogged with mildew and mold. They pulled it and cleaned it thoroughly. They said I would save as much as 20% on heating and cooling after they cleaned the system. Wow, the house cools down so much faster. I think we'll save even more than 20% of our bill.
They were real pros, and used a big box truck, with specialized vacuum equipment mounted on the truck. Industrial sized vacuum.

No dust, and more efficient AC system. They have an air duct division with separate trucks and crews and Sears employees so they aren't doing the job with a carpet crew like some of the other knock off companies. and They're Sears..So I gave them a try. they came in a Sears truck, with uniforms. Each time they were honest and seemed interested in providing the best service they could. didn't seem to be commission motivated. I bought 2 insulated steel carriage house doors and they make my home look much nicer. Great doors too. Check this service out.
