I took my Ford Ranger to Sears Auto in Newport News for tire rotation and balance. The technician put the lift pads of the hydraulic lift on the body of my truck and not the frame. The body of my truck was bent on all quarter panels, doors, support rods and under body. The staff are incompetent. I have to go get two estimates at body shops now. So much for free rotation and balance with buying tires there. My truck is ruined now!
