We did not know who to call for a washing machine repair but I would definitely use these people again. The repair part of this visit was great, diagnosed and repaired in about 1 hour even though the problem was not what we thought. My issues were with the office: When I called on Monday they said they could schedule us for Wed. which was good but the window was 8 - 5. Not a good window...

Rich, the repair technician, came originally on the 13th for an annual appliance check-up. There was a problem, he determined what was needed to fix it, arranged for the parts to be delivered to my home and set up the appointment for the 23rd.
