Appt was easy to set up. Serviceman called before he came and told exactly what he will do and won't do so there was expectation. He also made great service recommendations. Sears I've used before but will now always use them.

tech was on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem easily. Cost was with range expected. Been a month since repair and no further issues.

The service man came it with a predetermine idea to fix my refrigerator. He didn't check anything and said the refrigerator water dispenser didn't work because of the type of water we had. He took out the filter banged it on the counter put it back in and left it not working. It was the worst service I had ever seen. Nothing was test or looked at.
