Repairman was on time (I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment to look at my dishwasher). He was patient about explaining options. So far so good - the more conservative (and less expensive) fix is holding.

Sears called to let me know the repairman was on the way. The repair man called when he arrived - 5 minutes early and when I asked for an additional 5 minutes he waited in his truck. When he came in he asked me the problem with the washer and I was able to explain the codes I was getting when the washer quite and point out that the bracket for the door lash was broken. We had our 1997 snow blower tuned up and the serviceman was exceptional! He detailed everything that he repaired and made a suggestion to replace the blower at the end of the season (due to absence of parts available). He did an awesome job of tuning up an old machine. Very courteous and professional! First time using Sears - but not the last!
