Help us make it rightThey do not care about your time and they have been very rude and charged a lot of money after a few months of going there I finally realized that my insurance would not cover the medications they wanted to prescribe me once they found that out they actually told me they could not treat me. I set an appt to have the nurse practitioner look at a persistant rash on my chin. I arrived at 3:10 for a 3:20 appointment, filled out my paperwork, and waited. And waited. And waited. I am not quite sure what right physicians' offices think they have to keep you waiting with no explanation. Finally at 4:05 I approached the front desk and said I had to leave for another meeting.
