Sorry this customer was not satisfied with results of their cleaning. It always has been our policy with customers if not happy with our service to reservice good at no additional fee as long as we are made aware they are upset . Item must be returned unused and we are always willing to try for better results.
When we were contacted about complaint SM refused offers of reservice and even filled complaint with BBB without giving us the opportunity to even validate complaint or inspect rug. BBB ruled we acted properly and no further action needed. We strive to offer resolution of complaints but cooperation from customer is needed to accomplish this.
We have NEVER not settled this type of rare dispute with a customer. If in fact a rug was lost by us, not another company that uses our name, we would contact our insurance company with issue and settle this without any action by customer other than what insurance company would require.
