Has to be one of the most difficult and unsatisfying purchases I have ever made online. I ordered a trunk, mounting rack, bag insert, liners, and a chrome top rack at a cost of $1300 from these folks. Waited a couple of weeks, heard nothing, so contacted them. Ordered belt drive kit, never got tracking number. Was promised it would ship twice "In a couple days", but never got shipped. Almost two months and they refuse to refund, have filed claim with credit card company. Avoid these guys like the plague! Tell every biker you know, tell them to tell others, shut these scammers down!

On 23rd April 2014, I placed an order with Scootworks for a belt-drive conversion kit for my Triumph Bonneville motorcycle; these kits (comprising 2 pulleys, a belt and sundries) are manufactured in-house. The total price ($648.99) was debited from my bank account via PayPal at this time. An e-mail confirmed the order, stating that I would receive shipping details when the item was dispatched....

After a week finally got a reply from them... Machine has been fixed & belt has been cut.  Will have my tracking number in tomorrows shipment.  Will post more as it's updated... hopefully this issue can be resolved.

Read a few negative reports about Scootworks.  Initiated contact and they explained that they had a rough patch last year and that the complaints were unfounded... Decided to purchase LAST Refurbished belt conversion kit (Listed as in stock).  Processed payment and in the payment form it says (3-5 days) I would get a tracking number and confirmation of shipment.Waited 5 days sent email...
