Do not buy applainces or mowers from them. If you need to have anything worked on under warranty the service is horrible.
They simply do not care how they speak to you or if they simply forgot to let you know for 5 days that something is fixed. I have had 5 separate occasions that something needed fixed under warranty and each time it was a complete hassle.

I was sold a broken ps4 schewels response from the store to the main office "we can't help call sony" they refuse to replace or refund please don't shop here they won't stand behind the merchandise

There is not a rating LOW ENOUGH!!! I purchased a $2500.00 sofa and 5 months into having it in my home- PROBLEMS.. I have been dealing with this for months and NOTHING. No help- they deny that there is a problem with the piece (I guess it is "NORMAL" for the back of the chair to work its way up off the hinges when you... sit in the chair.)
