They are currently replacing capacitors in my Marantz 2270 receiver so far they have been courteous, timely , and fair with the diagnostics/quote process. I will update upon completion.

When my Denon receiver went on the blink they picked it up at my home, negotiated with Denon for a replacement unit and reinstalled it very promptly.During the process I was treated with great respect and they kept me up to date with the progress of communications.Mike and Sergie did a fabulous job.

Have an older Yamaha Receiver that the display was not lighting up but everything worked fine. Went on a tech website for this model and saw that the bulb could easily be replaced.
