I owe my pallet an apology for watiting more than two years to stop by Stachowski's. The servcie and food were as prime as their meat selections. Sandwhiches big enough to feed a family of four. This family-owned market just opened in Georgetown as a delicatessen and corner market. The father and son team cut all the fresh meat for the store, and create artisan sausages, pates, and proscuittos themselves. Best sandwiches in Georgetown!
