The service here is HORRIBLE! Do not use their online purchasing or in-store shopping. Customer service and manager services are horrific. I even spoke to customer service about the purchasing experience and they connected me to an off shore party and then he told me he couldn’t transfer me to the US corporate office. I placed an online order for a Shark vacuum cleaner with Sears Greenbrier. I pick it up on my way home after running errands (including groceries with ice cream). My husband's go to place for tools, especially Craftsman. The staff here is pretty friendly and helpful with any questions we have. I haven't shopped in Sears for anything before but I see lots of things around the store that is for Home, clothes, fitness equipment, etc. Sears has an app with hidden deals and coupons that are worth checking out.
