I was ignore and treated rudely on October 12, 2015. I went to inform the management about the blatant slight by one of their employees and when the supervisor was called, I was shocked to learn the it was the supervisor that was rude.

The only time I have ever experienced such rude and disrespectful associates was the last time I went to Saxon 3 years ago. I see NOTHING has changed in 3 years. I won't ever be back.
