The perfect crab-cake

I've been to a lot of places up and down our coast and have eaten a lot of crab-cakes and nothing has ever compared to these,fried or broiled.I have sampled a lot of the menu off of my daughters or wifes plates but every time,in spite of telling myself to order something new,I hear myself order the crab-cakes,broiled.Excellent atmosphere,service and non-smoking.
