Good for the price. Beds aren't the most comfortable and has a slight smell but looks really nice. Has restaurants and shops across the street which is a plus, but the hotel does not offer an ice machine.

Worse customer service and atmosphere ever, hotel smells and seems seedy. Room however was renovated and fresh.

Traveled to Newport News for Company I work with, and found Savannah suites was closer than the other hotels to company I was visiting. Room dirty locks on door don't work lots of party's drug use inside and outside. This place is a ghetto. Staff is rude i think there is a lot of section 8 in this place. Paid fore a week but only stayed two nights. No refund was given and I didnt care just get me out of there before I...
