1st Impressions count

I called and asked what time they would be closing and when she said now which when I called was way before closing time, I said really and whomever answered the phone got nice nasty so I hung up in her ear without hearing the rest. I only said really because it caught me off guard that they were closing before their actual closing time. Needless to say they missed a lot of money with their rude phone service and I will definitely not give them a second chance. Makes you wonder what type of customer service training they provide or in this case what type of training is not provided......

The girls there are fun and there's always great music playing. It makes all these other nails places seem like a torture session!!

Always have a great experience at Sassy Nails. I'm there about every two weeks, never wait long. Always great service and great conversation. DaNika always does a wonderful job and I never leave disappointed :)

I really enjoyed myself at Sassy Nails in Portsmouth, Va today. I received a very professional pedicure with great conversation. I didn't wait long. I will probably return next month when I visit my family. It is Black owned and operated.
