My Friend using my account: They did not give me my soda that I PAID for. I got the other person's food and it tasted terrible and I got Really sick on the SPOT. WORST MEXICAN PLACE EVER!!!

From breakfast to dinner, excellent food. We love hot green chili, that's where we get it. You can mix & match mild, half & half, or hot.

Breakfast burritos

Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. Great ratio of meat to egg and gooey cheese. Under $3 for the burrito. Wrapper made it convenient to eat in the car.

Friendly staff, quick service. Their green chili is very unique. I recommend calling ahead for big orders. The only downside is parking is a little limited, so be prepared for a packed lot during lunch and dinner rush.

Santiago's now on S. Main Street is the place to go for Mexican

Booming place once they moved to main street from the backwater location in the middle of town. Great Food, Reasonable Prices, and large portions so you will not go away hungry. This establishment has definitely put a dent in the other Mexican restaurants in the area as it is easy to get to, and a reputation for good food.

Our customers would travel from different cities to Brighton to eat our food. They would insist on us opening others in their area. They would buy chile by the gallons to take to Alaska, California, and out East. They would entertain in their homes and serve our food. When purchased we would seperate all the food, chile, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes so that they could serve it fresh at home....
