The apartment is okay. It has recently gone through new management and has definitely gotten better. The location is great and definitely walking distance to everything in old town Scottsdale. The apartments are getting remodeled as soon as you move out. It still has a older layout in some apartments. The gym is open 24/7 with card access. The pool is great most of the time there are people...

In cahoots with notoriously predatory towing company - allows company to tow RESIDENTS in the dead of night if guy in tow trucks thinks they're ""over the white line."" Parking spots are so narrow, EVERYONE is over the white line. San Marin is far more concerned with not angering the tow company than they are with protecting their residents from predatory charges.
