Dr. Garrett is one of the most informative doctors in the ophthalmology field. He is very straight to the point, which can be misconstrued as off-putting, but he is a fantastic doctor that will tell you like it is. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his patients and his staff. His schedule is usually pretty full, but that's because he's such a great physician.
Worst experience ever! Three hour wait, condescending and unprofessional, and completely misdiagnosed my problem. Only seemed interested in selling me new glasses. Thank goodness for second opinions!
Just had cataract surgery. There was no pain, and the staff and drs. are excellent!
He was rude and insensitive. He didn't listen to me. He interrupted me and he didn't want to listen to me. He ignored me and refused to hear me. He made me cry and he didn't care. He was short with me and was so unkind to me. I told him I was just sensitive and I had just fallen and hit my head few days before. He said so? So inappropriate!
