They came on short notice. I had just moved into a new house and as they were removing a bird's nest from the dryer vent line they discovered that the plastic vent hose in the wall was deteriorated. Manny credited me for the cleaning and they were able to open the wall, replace the vent and hose with a new metal one, and professionally seal it back up on the spot.
