Have been going to this Sam's club for years. I've gotten cakes, tires, meat, jeans - you name it. All have been good. The pharmacy is great.

This is not about the bakery. My wife and I have been corporate members of Sam's Club for many years. We were in the Annapolis store waiting in a long line to check out when we heard someone laughing loudly. When I turned to look I saw that it was a Sam's employee cutting up with some customers who were friends of hers. She proceeded to the register next to ours which had a closed sign on it....

This is not about the Bakery,Pharmacy,Photo or the Eye Doctor. This is about the the MANAGEMENT and employees at this store. I spent 3 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. When I did get an answer, I got a person with an attitude. When I told her I would like to speak to a manager, she asked for what? I told her why, and her response was "That' what you want to talk to him...
