Took the lady forever to anwer the phone today...then when she answered she was laughing with someone in the background and connected me to the wrong department. I called back and asked for the same department I had at first and her exact words where, "Sorry bout that". I was thinking, Wow how did she know it was me? If she wasn't busy not paying attention she could've connected me to the right...

the reviews are true. I just called and someone picked up the phone and didn't answer. I hang up and call back and the line rings.

I HATE this SAMS -- when it first opened it was FANTASTIC but the last year its been a nightmare!
Trying to get a birthday cake (sheet size) is impossible. They never have any already made like the Addison store and when you call they are very rude and short with you.

Someone needs to talk to them about who keeps them open...THE CUSTOMERS!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! Called 4 times, hung up on 3 times and on hold for 15 minutes as I talked to every department trying to get to the bakery.
