All of our food is prepared in-house, with a mostly "made from scratch" menu. We are praised by many casual dining customers as having, "the best wings and the best food anywhere." Our menu is prepared daily and includes: slowly cooked and tender baby back ribs, flame broiled burgers, hand-cut chicken fingers and buffalo bites. The perfect sports bar: good grub, three satellite dishes and rabid sports fans.

In Short
The game, your friends, draft beer and deliciously unhealthy food are the essential components of the experience here. A sports bar that caters to N.C. State students and anybody...

Nice bar, been there twice for watching soccer and it was a nice experience. Good bufalo wings and great burgers. Haven't tried the beers yet.

If you are in the Southern part of Raleigh for court or just downtown and want to have that Bar/Grill atmosphere without all the hooting and hollering. This is it! Close enough to downtown you can get there and back in the lunch hour. The food was great! 2 people can eat a decent size lunch for under $20

Love the atmosphere

This is a great place to get together to have wings with friends and watch a game or two or three. Price is great and the wings and drinks are great. Stop by when in Raleighwood.

Editorial review from Citysearch

A+ in my book... One of my favorite sports bars to go to in the area. They have great food, great service, and a fairly decent selection of beer. If you go definitely try their ribs. A++

Tips about this business (4)

On The Menu: The menu is full of tasty bar food that goes well with the Budweiser that patrons consume by the pitcher, and there are nightly food and drink specials. The kitchen is open all day--although it may not be the best place for a quick lunch.

The Extras: Particularly apropos come tournament time, Sammy's has portable speakers for your table so you can see, and hear, the TV.
