This was the WORST experience I've had buying something in a long time. I was looking to buy a bike on a budget, and while I wasn't entirely sold on the bike the owner let me try, he specifically told me in person that if I didn't like the bike, I could return it within the week, so I went ahead and bought it. It ended up being much too heavy for riding on the hills and the chain repeatedly...
