After a phone call to find out details on their menu of services, the receptionist was very non-personable, simply answering my questions with 1-2 word answers. She even hung up without saying goodbye. I did not feel very welcome to bring my child there, which was the reason for my inquiry. They must not need the business.

Thank you to the ladies at salon on pointe for always making me feel beautiful. From Autumn to Lydia for my hair, and Chanda to Shana on my nails, you guys never disappoint.

After trying most of the salons in Suffolk, I was getting annoyed. Decided to give Salon on Point a try. I had heard from a few friends to go to Lydia, so I called the salon and the girl on the phone was nice and helpful. Had to wait two weeks for Lydia because from what I'm told she stays booked. worth the wait. She hi-lited and lo-lited my hair along with a new "base" color. Took off 5 inches...

Autumn is the BEST! I come from Hampton for her to cut my hair and have been going to her for years when she was at the Ritz! She also cuts my daughter's hair who is 9. She always does a wonderful job we never feel rushed and gives the best service. She listens to what we want and go the extra mile. I love Salon on Pointe to it is always very clean and everyone is always very nice!

Lydia does my hair here and she is the best!! She takes her time and always listens to what I want. I always walk out loving my hair and my time with Lydia. She even gave my daughter her first haircut and was so patient. Everyone in the salon is very pleasant. Highly recommend this place!
